Handmade in Melbourne, our custom norsu ottomans are designed to bring style, warmth, and versatility into your home. Each piece is crafted using premium Australian fabrics (including Warwick, Mokum, or Zepel) and finished with careful piping detail for a timeless look.

Filled with a foam coil insert for lasting shape and support, our ottomans soft in nature (without a timber frame), making them lightweight and easy to move — the perfect styling piece for modern living.

Care instructions

• Vacuum regularly on low suction.
• Rotate reversible cushions to maintain shape and even wear.
• Protect from direct sunlight to minimise fading.
• Attend to spills immediately — gently blot (do not rub).
• Annual professional cleaning recommended.
• Do not remove covers for separate cleaning, even if zipped.
• Use upholstery shampoo or professional hot-water extraction cleaning only.
• Avoid dishwashing/laundry detergents and do not wet the filling.
• Dry in shade away from heat; allow to dry completely before use.
• Spot clean with proprietary agents or dry cleaning solvent — never saturate.
• Pilling may occur with normal wear; remove with a fabric pilling tool.
• Soil-resist treatments: use only water-based protectors.
