Our Change of Mind Policy
At norsu Interiors, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on most full-priced items for change of mind, provided the following timeframes and conditions are met:

Change of mind timeframes:
• In-store: within 30 days of purchase
• Online (Australia/New Zealand): within 30 days since order has been dispatched

Returns must meet the following conditions:
• Proof of purchase is provided (search below for online orders)
• Items are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging

Items purchased during our clearance sale period can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. Storewide sale purchases (including Blush Friday) follow our 30 day returns policy.

Please NOTE: exclusions apply to custom and made-to-order items.
Due to the nature of custom orders, we are unable to offer change of mind refunds or exchanges on the following:
Furniture, Mirrors, Mustard Made Products, Framed artwork, Lighting, Rugs, Pick-A-Wall products, Custom-made norsu STUDIO cushions and Ottomans. Once these pieces have been ordered with our supplier, they are considered final sale.

Incorrect items received or faulty

Discount code exclusions

Discount codes cannot be used on the following brands and products:

Spend & Receive – Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period
This promotion runs from 10am AEST Thursday 2 April 2026 to 11:59pm AEST Tuesday 7 April 2026.

Offer Details
Customers who meet the below spend thresholds in a single transaction will receive a complimentary norsu Studio gift:

  • Spend $250 or more and receive a FREE norsu Studio Scalloped Frame (valued at $59)
  • Spend $500 or more and receive FREE norsu Studio Marble Coasters (set of 4) (valued at $118)
  • Spend $1000 or more and receive a FREE norsu Studio Entertainer (valued at $229)

Only one complimentary gift applies per order, based on the qualifying spend tier.

How it Works

  • Eligible gifts will be claimable once the relevant spend threshold is reached.
  • Spend thresholds are calculated on the cart subtotal after any discounts and before shipping costs.
  • Only one gift tier applies per order (the highest threshold reached).
  • Gifts are not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash or credit.

Exclusions

  • Purchases of norsu gift cards, Virtual Styling services and norsu Design services do not contribute towards the Spend & Receive thresholds and are not eligible to receive a norsu Studio gift.
  • Trade discounts or other promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with this promotion unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Exchanges

  • If items are returned and the order total falls below the qualifying spend threshold, the complimentary gift must also be returned, or its full retail value will be deducted from the refund.
  • Standard norsu returns policy applies to all purchased items.

General

  • Offer valid while stocks last. norsu reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal value if required.
  • norsu reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.
