Returns and Exchanges Policy

Our Change of Mind Policy
At norsu Interiors, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on most full-priced items for change of mind, provided the following timeframes and conditions are met:

Change of mind timeframes:
• In-store: within 30 days of purchase
• Online (Australia/New Zealand): within 30 days since order has been dispatched

Returns must meet the following conditions:
• Proof of purchase is provided (search below for online orders)
• Items are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging

Items purchased during our clearance sale period can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. Storewide sale purchases (including Blush Friday) follow our 30 day returns policy.

Please NOTE: exclusions apply to custom and made-to-order items.
Due to the nature of custom orders, we are unable to offer change of mind refunds or exchanges on the following:
Furniture, Mirrors, Framed artwork, Lighting, Rugs, Pick-A-Wall products, Custom-made norsu STUDIO cushions. Once these pieces have been ordered with our supplier, they are considered final sale.
