Returns & Exchanges
Our norsu team wants to you to utterly adore the items you purchase from us. If you're not head over heels, you can return or exchange your purchase following the below instructions and terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care at info@norsu.com.au.
On stocked items we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase with the original proof of purchase
The item must be in original condition with no damage to the item or the packaging.
All returns must be sent to norsu interiors, 148 Burke Road, Malvern East Vic 3145, Australia.
It is recommended that you use registered post or a trackable courier as we cannot accept responsiblity for items damaged or lost in transit to us.
Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge. Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on purchases of non-stocked or custom items. This includes furniture, mirrors, lighting and rugs.
Refunds will only be offered on these lines if the item is faulty.
Should you receive an item that is faulty, please advise norsu interiors within 7 days of receiving it. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.
No refund or exchange will be offered on sale items.
