Return and Exchange Policy
Something not quite right in your recent purchase? Find out all you need to know about returns and refunds below...
We get it, it can be hard to picture how things will look in your space! At norsu interiors we want to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. That’s why we offer full refunds within 7 days of your purchase, and exchanges within 14 days of your purchase.
Items purchased during our sale period cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are clearly marked on the product page and/or at the checkout.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify our team you wish to return/ exchange.
We will need to receive the item(s) back to us in the same condition it was delivered to you – unopened, unused and in original packaging.
Postage will need to be prepaid by the customer. We recommend you ship via Registered Post, as you assume risk of lost, theft or damage during transit.
norsu interiors will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Unfortunately, non-stocked or custom ordered pieces cannot be refunded once they have been ordered with our supplier. This includes furniture, mirrors, framed artwork, lighting, rugs and custom-made cushions.
Bummer! Sometimes these things happen. If you have received a damaged item, or an item that you did not order, please take a photo and email us at email@example.com as soon as you receive your order and we will get back to you asap!
