Welcome back for another peek inside the Malvern Residence. This week, not only are we taking you on a tour of the heart of the home, the kitchen and butlers, but we’ll take you through exactly how the Malvern Residence kitchen was designed, refined and perfected by the norsu Design Team.

Once the norsu Design team had finessed the floorplans, it was time to design the joinery and select the fixtures, fittings, and materials. For the Malvern Residence, we were tasked with creating a signature norsu aesthetic.

Whilst the design concepts give a great representation of the overall look of the finishes selected, there’s nothing like getting to touch and feel the physical material samples. Our team creates a ‘flat lay’ which is presented to clients along with the technical drawings. For Skye, our Malvern Residence client, this was the “ah hah” moment when it all came life.

For many of us (me included!) it is seeing the technical drawings and flatlays combined to produce a magical render of the proposed room that seals the deal on all the design choices. Going the extra mile and including a render in your Interior Design package is one very smart move for the excitement factor alone - but seriously, how amazing is it to see exactly what it will look like?
