Since day one of norsu, it has always been a dream of ours to own a norsu property to share with our incredible community….and after years of dreaming, it’s actually becoming a reality! In true norsu fashion, we picked up the keys two weeks ago, and dove straight into the renovation within days!!
Our soon to be AirBnB style holiday rental, is quickly coming to life in Macedon, an easy one-hour drive from Melbourne.

The Happy New Owners
With a captivating wilderness feel set on 3000m2, the A-frame double story cabin already features stunning Oregon wood beams, pitched ceilings and a flourishing landscape - it is the perfect canvas for our norsu Design team of interior gurus to bring to life something spectacular and unlike anything seen before. We're turning this cabin into a true escape by bringing a slice of Scandinavia within walking distance of Macedon, a beautiful township nestled at the base of the forested slopes of Mount Macedon.

The Vision
The plans include a full renovation of a bathroom and laundry, upgrading the existing kitchen, creating a kids zone with playful built-in beds, re-painting inside and out, new flooring and window furnishings, reviving the internal timber logs, and finishing with extensive interior decorating of all spaces. And this is just the beginning... get ready to be taken on the journey over the next few months as we will take you through the finishes, fixtures and furniture design and selections provided by some incredible suppliers. Our vision is literally coming to life in these drawings and concept boards, somebody pinch us please!!

The sky is the limit when planning the look and feel our of cabin. Our talented norsu Design team have been busily selecting the “perfect” finishes for this exciting project. With so many amazing design partners on board, it’s been hard to narrow down our favourites. Here is a sneak peek of what we’re thinking…
