Returns & Exchanges

Please complete your shopping experience at norsu interiors with absolute confidence. With this in mind, we offer refunds and exchanges, with our returns policy as follows:

• On stocked items we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order provided the item is in original condition with no damage to the item or the packaging.
• All returns must be sent to norsu interiors, 148 Burke Road, Malvern East Vic 3145, Australia.
• It is recommended that you use registered post or a trackable courier as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit to us.
• Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge.  Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
• Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on purchases of non-stocked or custom items.  This includes furniture, mirrors, lighting and rugs. 
• Refunds will only be offered on these lines if the item is faulty. 
• Should you receive an item that is faulty, please advise norsu interiors within 7 days of receiving it. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.
• No refund or exchange will be offered on sale items.
• Our returns/exchanges policy applies to all sales online or in store.
