Keeping you safe during the Melbourne COVID-19 Lockdown period

To our beautiful norsu community,

It's Nat and Kristy here, we just wanted to take a moment to connect with you directly and address the current global Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and inform you on how we are responding to prioritise the wellbeing of our customers and norsu family during this period of uncertainty.

We would firstly like to extend our love and thoughts to those personally affected by COVID-19, and show our appreciation and thanks to the phenomenal medical practitioners and health care professionals working tirelessly around the clock. You are all true heroes.

norsu's primary values are centred around connection, community, and transforming your ‘house into a home', and it goes without saying that right now the health (both physical and emotional) of our norsu team, customers and community is our number one priority.

In the interests of keeping you safe, our bricks and mortar store in Malvern East is temporarily closed due to Melbourne Stage 3 Lockdown restrictions.

We are still operating behind the scenes at www.norsu.com.au, however and are available to assist you with contactless collection of your ‘click and collect’ parcels.

Upon arrival, please phone us on 03 8840 8855 or 03 8590 8181 with your order number, and instructions on where to meet you at your vehicle.

Should you wish to step inside our store, please only do so if you are not experiencing flu-like symptoms, and have not been in contact with a person who has tested positive with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

All visitors must use hand sanitiser upon entry to the store, and maintain recommended social distancing practices of 1.5m at all times.

Our website and delivery services are continuing to operate as usual for you to shop remotely and receive your orders delivered to your door. We are currently shipping orders via Australia Post, but will inform you if this changes in the near future.

Our norsuHOME styling team is also still operating as usual and available to assist in decorating your homes while we currently spend more time at home. We are set up to utilise methods of electronic virtual communication and e-moodboards to support you from a distance.

Our team has grown to be able to connect with you easier to answer your questions and assist in styling your home from afar. In addition to email (info@norsu.com.au), you can now also reach out to us during business hours through online live chat on our website, and over the phone on 0388408855. Please know our team are here to support you, so feel free to reach out if you need any advice on our products or services, or just need a friendly voice to connect with at the moment.

As far as our content on social media and other forums is concerned, we will continue with our usual style of messaging, but highly encourage you to let us know if you have anything specific you’d like us to cover - either COVID-19 related or otherwise. We appreciate that pretty homewares and beautifully styled images seem so far removed from the enormity of the situation we are all potentially facing, however we hope that these can provide a small distraction during your day from the non-stop COVID-19 messaging we are being flooded with via our social feeds.

We will remain committed to helping you create beautiful environments in which to live and connect with your loved ones, and look forward to welcoming you back into our space once life returns to normal. We send love and support to you and your families during this uncertain time.
